Industrial maintenance and shutdown projects are very different from ordinary construction work. In a new building, scaffolding can often be planned alongside the construction sequence. During a plant shutdown, however, teams may have only a limited window to inspect equipment, repair pipelines, maintain machinery, replace components, work
