Cuplock Scaffolding System

Key Components of Cuplock Scaffolding System
Cuplock Standard (Vertical)
The main vertical member with fixed bottom cups and sliding top cups. It forms the primary support structure and provides high load-bearing capacity.
Cuplock Ledger (Horizontal)
The horizontal component that connects the standards. Forged blade ends lock into the cups, creating a rigid and stable framework.
Intermediate Transom
Supports scaffold boards between ledgers and distributes load evenly across the working platform.
Base Plate / Adjustable Base Jack
Placed at the bottom of the standard to distribute load and allow height adjustment on uneven surfaces.
U-Head Jack (Top Support)
Fitted at the top of the vertical standard, mainly used in formwork to support beams, slabs, or shuttering systems.
Diagonal Brace
Installed diagonally to increase rigidity and prevent sway, especially at greater heights.
